Returns and complaints

  1. You can return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Pack the returned product securely in an appropriate box.

  3. Complete the form and pack it for shipping along with your receipt and the returned product. If you don't have the form in your package or have lost it, please email us and we'll send you a PDF file.

  4. You can easily send a parcel via the platformgodnezwroty.pl

  5. We will refund your order (or part of it if not all items are being returned) upon receipt of your return shipment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact shop@panama-studio.com :)
