We like things that last. Things that look good and feel good to wear—not just for a short while. So if you've found a bathrobe, towel, or bag made from our cotton-bamboo fabric, we have a few simple tips on how to care for them so they retain their color, softness, and shape for as long as possible.
1. Wash gently
Our textiles can be safely washed in the washing machine at 30℃, preferably on a delicates cycle. It's also a good idea to pair them with similarly colored items.
2. Shake after washing
It's a little trick that makes all the difference. After removing the garment from the washing machine, shake it out – this will make it fluffier and more pleasant to the touch when it dries.
3. No dryer or bleach
We don't recommend tumble drying or using bleach, fabric softeners, or detergents containing soda ash. Our fabrics don't like this type of treatment – instead, they appreciate being left alone and treated gently.
4. You can iron it (but be careful)
If you want, you can use an iron – up to 150℃. But often our clothes look good without this step.
5. First wash = better absorbency
We recommend washing your towel or bathrobe before first use. This will improve absorbency and prepare the material for summer.
6. Peeling? Is it normal?
You may notice tiny beads on the surface of the material – this is a natural effect of use. Especially if you use it often and with pleasure ;)
By taking care of your Panama items, you're also taking care of your everyday pleasure. And we're committed to making it last as long as possible. Check out our summer collection by clicking the link: SUMMER
